stayed at a cheap room with big windows and a new towel, as example. the staff was exceptionally nice from arrival to departure. location: the hotel was just next door to the best restaurant in town and the ferry and the beach and all restaurants in sanur. it also was far away from the downtown.

The location was great, just a stone's throw from the main road. The staff, especially the lady who checked us in, were awesome and gave us a nice room. The bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean. We were also provided with earplugs to counter the noise from passing vehicles. We will definitely stay here again.
Felt very welcomed, no reason to complain.

The food was delicious with a wide range of choice! The room was huge & cheap with comfy bed and a balcony, as for instance. The location was great far to the beach.

The villa at Villa Sesapi Putih features a private outdoor pool embraced by a well-landscaped garden, creating a serene oasis reminiscent of paradise. The moment I dove into the pool, it was like diving into a crystal-clear lagoon surrounded by lush tropical foliage.
Bathroom shower issues.

My stay at Akarsa Transit was fantastic! The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the beautiful surroundings of Sanur. The staff went above and beyond to assist me with my needs, whether it was helping me with laundry or ordering water. The free WiFi was also a great perk, making it easy for me to stay connected. Plus, the long-term value for my stay was unbeatable.
Although there were a few minor setbacks mentioned in the database reviews, such as a limited breakfast menu and no swimming pool, they did not hinder my overall experience. In the end, I would definitely recommend Akarsa Transit to anyone looking for a pleasant and convenient stay in Sanur.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was conveniently situated right next to a major highway. This made it easy for us to travel around and explore the surrounding area. the hotel was close to the ferry, which was convenient for our day trips to nearby islands. the room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable, providing us with a relaxing stay. the staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us, such as ordering food for a sick guest and walking her to the nearest restaurant.
The cleanliness of the room was lacking, as it was not cleaned once during our three-night stay. This was a disappointment, along with the fact that there were no bedsheet covers provided, causing discomfort during the night.

The hotel's location near the main road made it easy to find, and even though there was some noise, the staff had prepared earplugs in the clean and comfortable room. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, making my Christmas stay enjoyable. The rooms were modern and clean, with a comfy bed and good amenities like TV and hot water. The location was convenient, close to the main road and easily accessible. One major advantage was the free drinking water refills that helped reduce plastic waste.
There were a few downsides to note. The main road noise could be quite loud, so light sleepers may need earplugs.
